I always look forward to the Nascar season beginning even though it means I’m another day closer to eternity.
The season started off OK with a rookie winning the big Daytona prize.
I’ve been following Jimmy Johnson since he was in the Busch races and became a rookie in the Cup Races so I’m not a front runner. I also like Mark Martin but he just seems to be a second place racer never to win the big prize of a title. I really rooted for ‘ol Mark along side Jimmy Johnson. I got lucky with all of Jimmie Johnsons titles but only got a trickle of luck with Mark Martin.
Jeff Gordon and Dale Junior are doing better so far this season. I think Jeff is good for the sport. Dale Jr. is finally showing some stamina in the first few races this year. He’s got some better finishes and he will get somemore good finishes if he can find his “Pit Crew” like Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson and the Busch Brothers.
Have fun this season in front of the T.V. set or at the actual races.
I accidentally’ deleted two of my blog posts today, my apologies to my readers out there. I was edited them trying to add pictures and correct some grammar and spelling and poof they where gone. I will be contacting the site admin to see if he can get them back for me. It was a great topic with some very active comments. I will be for sure more careful in the future.
